The word Culling may mean different things to different people.
Some may consider it heartless, cold, and insensitive while others may very well understand the need for such a process.
So what exactly is Culling?
According to Wikipedia: "In animal breeding, culling is the process of removing or segregating animals from a breeding stock based on specific trait. This is done to exaggerate desirable characteristics, or to remove undesirable characteristics by altering the genetic diversity of the population."
Please remember that culling your own herd is never an easy task, but nonetheless a task and process that occasionally needs to be done regardless of what emotions may be involved......
We here at Kindred Souls Farm strive to provide quality animals that come from genetically sound backgrounds; therefore, as we have obtained better pedigreed stock and continue to improve upon our current stock, we've made some tough decisions in offering a few of our adult NDG's for sale.
